Like many will say; Sara's style of Yoga shines through. Her skill of being able to connect with people has always stood out for me; making students comfortable and making them feel welcome. The love of her yoga practice and passion shines through and never fails. allowing students to do what they can and in 100% relay of the health benefits that follow. Saras approach to meditation is fabulous and that voice needs to be heard, you hear her inner peace which fills any room for sure. Absolutely love our weekly yoga sessions with Sara (YogaWellbeing). Having visited several yoga instructors, I've found Sara's flow yoga sessions to be a perfect mix of exercise and relaxation, and Sara's teaching style is the perfect balance of simple enough for everyone to follow regardless of your ability, but challenging/strectching for every individual too. Sara regularly gives helpful personal instructions to ensure everyone in her classes progresses. I've been attending Sara's classes once per week now for over 18 months (starting as a complete novice). Within a few weeks my posture had significantly improved and continually since then my flexibility, balance, ability to relax, and posture have improved with Sara's careful tuition. As a male, I feel comfortable in the classes with generally a mix of genders and ages from approx 16-60 all making our own personal progress. I look forward to attending for a long time to come and would highly recommend YogaWellbeing to anyone!
